Other players native village mat is visible #342

When an AI plays native village scroll his hand during its turn. You will see 
its native village mat's contents. I think native village mat contents are not 
public.

My device is quite slow, might not be working on faster ones.

Native Village mat contents are not public.  (The number of cards on the mat is 
public, but the cards are face down.)
