Add FAQ inside application #343

A FAQ inside the application could help with a lot of the issues we keep seeing 
here.  A faq could mention things like:

1) Reaction dialog (Moat / Secret Chamber questions)
2) QuickPlay questions
3) Throne Room / King's Court with Goons / Highway / etc
4) Popular enhancement requests (multiplayer, better AI)
5) Known defects (like when Possession didn't work)
