colors are wrong for reactions and action/victory cards #385

Reactions (Moat, Secret Chamber, Horse Traders, etc) should be blue but are 
black.

Action/Victory hybrids (Great Hall, Nobles) should be green inside black, but 
are all green.

Other card types all seem fine.  (Action, Treasure, Victory, Treasure/Victory 
(Harem), Treasure/Reaction (Fool's Gold), Victory/Reaction (Tunnel)) 

Started a while ago, still present in r557.
