Quarry doesn't reduce price

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.enter a four player game with prosperity set
2.gain and play a quarry for one copper (tried both on quick play settings, and 
manually choosing it first (before other treasures).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

3.can only buy action cards worth the number of coins available, even though 
text at the bottom states I can buy up to 2 more coins worth if an action card.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Androminion on ice cream sandwich

Works fine for me.  If you can provide a specific example with specific cards 
where something doesn't work right, I'll take another look at it.

This is what I tried:

1. Play Quarry
2. Buy Trade Route

I agree-- since those first two games where it failed to work, it has been 
working fine. I'm going to keep trying to reproduce it.
