UI styles don't work too well #403

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Chosse an UI style in the menu and start a game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

- Option "descriptive" renders the game unplayable on smartphones (buttons are
not reachable)

- Option "classic" and "simple" look the same (only font size differs). Don't
know if that is intended, but I would have expected "simple" to use thin
borders for the cards. I found the thin borders much more pleasant to look at,
especially with white background, but that may just be my opinion. Would be
nice to be able to chose those, though.

- More important, since you centered the text, for long texts the first
characters become unreadable, because they appear behind the card's value. At
least this should be fixed before the last Androminion version is published.

I allowed "descriptive" on all devices because large screens sometimes work
with it, and sometimes don't. I figure if it isn't playable, you just won't
use it, but there isn't really a need to remove the option. The default on all
devices should be playable, except possibly small screens. It might make sense
to hide the game log by default on small screens?

Feel free to modify "simple" as you wish -- I was trying to restore the
"classic" view as requested, and ended up modifying "simple" in the process.
I'm fine reverting the changes to that view to the left-justified
non-overlapping ellipsized version. Also, if you give it the thinborder, there
should be a correspondingly thin baneborder too.

Modified Simple again while leaving classic untouched in r639 / r640
