I've just noticed that on SIM1 it is not possible to change the data billing cycle. There is just one, currently from 4. to 3 (or 3. to 4.).
On SIM2 there are several options for the cycle, including one to change and/or set a custom one. If done so, after going out of that menu and returning back, the settings are not saved as supposed, but are restored to the original value.
