User story

As a user I want to use checkboxes to highlight and select operations to create a job

Key components

• [x] Checkbox for each operation
• [x] checking the box highlights the whole row
• [x] Create Job button create a job from all selected operations
• [x] On success the user sees an alert toast with the job number
• [x] On success the user remains on the pending page, if there are no operations left in the category the next one is selected
