User story

As a user I want to create a job from selected pending operations.

Key components

create job button

[x] is disabled when no operations are selected
[x] active when at least one operation is selected on success
[x] user is shown a success alert
[x] the previously selected operations are removed from the table.
[x] If there are no more operations in the category the ~~next~~ first category is selected and shown
