have the system bring up multiple services

frontend_v3 - e.g., port 3000
backend_v3 - e.g., port 3001 => talk to the same DB
aquarium_v2 - e.g., port 3002 => talk to the same DB
aquarium_db
other v2 services (krill, s3, createbucket/minio, web/nginx)

Goal is to have a deployment with v2 and v3 services where database and reverse proxy are shared. The reverse proxy should route requests to the appropriate service.
