Hi - I stumbled upon manifesto in search for exactly such a tool. Unfortunately it seems that there has been no activity here for a few years. Did you abandon this project because you found a better way to accomplish the same goal? Thanks for any reply - BR Thomas

Same Q. Unclear metadata management capability would have since emerged in CNCF or Apache to achieve this.
