Travis release #8

This PR deals with Issue #1 We would like to release binaries and not just Golang source code. These changes add 3 binaries to the Manifesto release: Mac, Windows and Linux.

Eugh, I added a release so we'd have the tags to generate binaries, and it made the build fail - and it's something to do with changes to glide.lock. @jerbia would you have time to take a quick look please? Is it as simple as committing an updated version of glide.lock with the latest SHA for cobra?
