Originally raised as part of #5 but it deserves its own issue.
Another error is that when you put ":" in the repo name the tool split that because the tool think that is the tag. localhost:5000/

Manifesto should cope when a particular registry is specified for the image e.g. localhost:5000/myorg/myimage
