Add support to send Trivy results to an endpoint

User Story:

• A Postee user (or any user in general) would like to run a Trivy Scan and output the results to an endpoint

Acceptance Criteria:

• Trivy Scan results must be sent to an endpoint specified by the user
• The scan should respect the input params specified by the user
