update package files #15

There was removed old rmp files (before Trivy v0.11.0).

also this PR restores two old deb files: trivy_0.12.0_amd64.deb and trivy_0.12.0_i386.deb, because there are some links to them: https://github.com/aquasecurity/trivy-repo/blob/91a23bf043d750b1ab001d7dba28f349fab3873c/deb/dists/stretch/main/binary-amd64/Packages#L11, https://github.com/aquasecurity/trivy-repo/blob/91a23bf043d750b1ab001d7dba28f349fab3873c/deb/dists/stretch/main/binary-i386/Packages#L11

I've tried but it takes a secret key for updating
