Publish to open-vsx.org registry #16

In addition to the VS Code Marketplace, it would be good to publish the extension to the Open VSX registry. A Vendor Neutral, Open Source Marketplace for VS Code Extensions. Used by VS Code compatible editors.

The publishing process is documented in https://github.com/eclipse/openvsx/wiki/Publishing-Extensions
