Cleric issues #41

I'm getting this spam when no mobs in camp. I have Yaulp unchecked.

Also when a mob is in camp my cleric won't cast mark on the mob even though mark is memmed. image

atm it looks like i have a condition on mark of the blameless to only cast on named
