`delete` multistep command is not user-friendly #3

delete multistep command does not show the user a list of his events. This makes index selection a shot in the dark for him, and he cannot back out of the deletion except by entering an out-of-bounds value or closing the program.

As mentioned in the CS2113T course website, user expectations are not in scope for this PE.

There is actually a back out command for all our multi-step commands, but we are afraid that people will file it as a bug due to desperation, so we kept it in the dark from you guys ;)

Making the user select from a list he cannot see makes the feature less useful. It is not clear how not documenting a feature that reduces user frustration is supposed to prevent spurious bug reports.
