feat(auctions route): add auctions field records accessor #33

if we are to add this endpoint, we should include fetching the contract prices for the auction - which would be computed or retrieved from the contract APIs. right now it's not providing any additional value than parsing the state

as for where this endpoint could be helpful:

  1. to confirm if an auction is expired or not
  2. return the price array of the auction
