chore: REMOVE ability to pass in evaluation options for query params #34

Details

This was originally intended to allow overriding evaluation options, but within the scope of ArNS we only want Contract-Manifest to determine how to evaluate the contract state for any ArNS contract or ANT contarct. Thus, it's not necessary to provide and actually introduces the possibility of rendering different contract states
