1.Opening "Camera" app
2.Opening "Camcorder" App

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Open Camera/Camcorder, black screen

What version of the ROM are you using? On what device (incredible,
supersonic)?
Version: Incredible S (Vivo) Port 2/20/2011
Device: HTC Incredible
