What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Receive text message
2. Unlock phone right away
3. Phone freezes on wallpaper. To fix- press lock button and everything comes 
back up.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the ROM are you using? On what device (incredible,
supersonic)?
Incredible-Alpha
