feat: Add txyz ai card #589

When opening the txyz.ai button, only a description will appear at the bottom, especially when other buttons such as Hugging Face Spaces are opened at the same time, many cards will appear. Txyz.ai link only appears after these cards. Txyz.ai link is difficult to see in arxiv Labs , so we added a card that displays Txyz.ai logo and site description so it's easier for users to see. The current change is to add a card above the link to display the txyz logo and introduction.
