Scalability of search site with no results

Describe the bug It looks like search site with no results (and typed long word) needs a little bit improvement for scalability. See details and screenshots below.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://arxiv.org/search/
2. Use 'Search term...' field, type there quite long word, example: Taumata­whakatangihanga­koauau­o­tamatea­turi­pukaka­piki­maunga­horo­nuku­pokai­whenua­ki­tana­tahu
3. Change browser window size to the smallest (it's OK)
4. Use 'Search term...' field, type there quite long word, example: Taumatawhakatangihangakoauauotamateapokaiwhenuakitanatahu
5. Change browser window size to the smallest
6. See the issue

Expected behavior Search site still looks and works fine.

In this case, can't read the content (no scalability and no horizontal sliders).

Desktop:

• Browser: occurs with Chrome as well as Firefox for instance.
