Errors in the advanced search with fixed period #327

Describe the bug

When searching with specific year or date range in the advanced search, I receive error message with the form of year and month. "day is out of range for month"

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Advanced Search, and go to "Date".
  2. Click on 'specific year'.
  3. Type year and search.
  4. See error message "day is out of range for month"

I'm encountering the same issue.

I take a snapshot of arxiv submissions matching some search terms each day. This snapshot started failing between 24th February at 00:15 GMT and 25th February at 00:15 GMT.
