Fix link to Manage Submissions on confirmation page. #118

ARXIVNG-2215: Minor change. Fixes two links to Manage Submissions page on the confirmation page.

I removed the extra link to Manage Submissions (inside box) and adjusted button to "Manage My Submissions".
