Fixes odd bubble when help is focused on metadata page. #140

When the help icons on the metadata pages were focused, the outline of the help was visible but the text was not. The appeared as empty help bubble with no text and looked bad.

This commit fixes that by showing the text when the help icon is focused.

Fixes #117
