Support collapsible author lists in submission preview #155

The authors field in the submission preview should be expandable/collapsible like on the arxiv-browse /abs pages:

The author names should not be marked up with search links as part of this issue; for this issue we only want to support the collapsing/expanding widget and its corresponding thresholds.
