This branch includes the following minor changes in preparation for deployment on the beta server:
It removes some remaining artifacts from testing like dummy notification messages.
It also standardizes the colors and icons used for info links to be bright blue questions marks (other types of icons and usages are no longer bright blue)
Also cleaned up some messaging on the cross link page and made the warning about delay due to too many cross links more obvious.
