Latex macros displayed #1080

Description

In the web display, we can see latex macros/commands appearing in red such as "\phantomcaption" in my subfigures (Figures 2, 3 and 4), along with multiple instances of "\JournalTitle" in the bibliography. These are not intended to be visible. Otherwise everything looks great.
