\texttt{\^} breaks formatting of the whole rest of the paper #1107

Description

\texttt argument is displayed with a specific format in arXiv HTML. However, after the use of \texttt{\^} with an escaped circumflex accent, the HTML formatting breaks and continue to display as \texttt.
