latex2html conversion does not respect size in includegraphics

Description

I have icons for ORCIDs similar to journals, by the author names. I have specified the sizes to be 1 em in height. This works fine in pdflatex, but latex2html includes the icons as full-size png's. Also, there is no bibliography showing up, while it works fine everywhere else. I have included a .bbl file, but not explicitly. If I include the .bbl file explicitly, I get a double bibliography in the pdf.

Thank you for the report. This is a jarring bug from the experimental CSS for figure image sizing, apologies. The solution would be to deactivate those rules in .ltx_authors and other frontmatter contexts.

It is also a good occasion which reminded me the CSS components from ar5iv are yet to be endowed with a dedicated test suite. For example, via selenium assertions based on getComputedStyle(element).

Or, since little random images can appear in many situations, even math, perhaps better would be to only apply such figure layout tricks when you're convinced you're dealing with a figure (or table?)
