Choses wrong main.tex with multiple .*main.tex files #1345

Description

I uploaded a zip file to arxiv containing both a main.tex and an older ICMLmain.tex (an older version of the paper meant to be submitted at a different venue than I actually submitted to in the end).

While arXiv's pdf renderer uses main.tex to render the pdf, the html renderer instead chose ICMLmain.tex, producing an almost entirely different file from the PDF.

Obviously I should have just removed the old ICMLmain.tex file, but it would be nice if the html renderer chose the same .tex file as the html renderer.
