Cite text differentiation #1603

Description

The body text can be made more readable by differentiating the cite text so that it can be skipped over when reading.

For example, you could style cite elements as 50% opaque and 80% font size (or something a bit more subtle)

Some friendly feedback on the feedback mechanism, I see no need to have an automated bot @ me to tell me that it's received the issue. This was an unnecessary notification bringing me back to this issue. More annoying than helpful.
