Description

I have noticed that the \sum symbols are not being rendered correctly in the HTML version of the document in Safari. This issue is not present when using Chrome.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Locate sections of the paper where \sum symbols are used, e.g., search for "Time elapsing variation budget" and see the subsequent equations.
• The summation symbols are not rendered, resulting in incomplete mathematical expressions.

Expected Behavior:

The \sum symbols should be rendered correctly in the HTML version, maintaining the integrity of the mathematical expressions.

Additional Information:

Browser/Platform: I am using Safari; I have disabled all content blockers, but the issue persists.
