Citation scrolls too much #1988

Description

When I click on a citation, the window scrolls too much. Well, I think it scrolls correctly so that the element #bib.bib23 is at the top of the page -- but then this element is covered by the big red bar with "beta, arXiv, Why HTML, etc".

Here you can see how clicking on Guo et al takes me to the bib entry for Guo, but the first line of the entry is hidden by the red bar.
