Narrrow footnote #2010

The footnote is very narrow which makes the content of the footnote very unpleasent to read

@SalomonMalka could you also let us know the screen size of the device you are viewing this article on?

I can reproduce the report exactly as stated, on widths where the footnote appears near the start of a line. I suspect we need to add a min-width CSS rule to .ltx_note_content to guarantee some readability, as the already present max-width rule is having some unintended side-effects.
