Feature request: Download as EPUB #2112

Description

EPUB is a document file format that is HTML in a zip container. All attachments of said EPUB, such as images are also included in the zip container.

@erkinalp Could you share a little about how you would use an ePub version of arXiv in your personal work? It is interesting to understand better the non-web uses you may have in mind.

Simple: Add it into a personal library for offline consumption and search. Many e-book reader apps support EPUBs. They also have all the advantages of being reflowable, as they are based on HTML.
