Monospace font inside a TikZ figure is much bigger than the other fonts #2179

Description

Most of the figures in this paper have been converted to HTML pretty well, but Figures 6 and 7 (which are drawn using TikZ) are unreadable because the \texttt{...} content is much bigger than it should be, escaping the boxes that are supposed to contain it.
