The data of an asymptotic web of 5-branes $\overline{W}^{\mathrm{asym}}$, and so of the corresponding 5d SCFT, can be encoded in the data of a dual (compact, convex) lattice polygon $\overline{P}$. For every leg $e$ of $\overline{W}^{\mathrm{asym}}$, with weight $w_{e}$ and primitive integral direction $(p_{e},q_{e})$, $\overline{P}$ has a side of direction $(-q_{e},p_{e})$ and lattice length $w_{e}$. Such polygon $\overline{P}$ is uniquely determined up to integral affine linear transformations. Conversely, every lattice polygon is dual to an asymptotic web of 5-branes.
