Bibtex URLs don't work #356

Description

The links in the paper (on the year numbers in parenthesis) are broken. They don't lead to the section at the bottom or to an external website. Instead they link to 404 not found. The URL looks like this: https://arxiv.org/html/2312.17617v1/#bib.bib147 A quick test shows that the last slash (before the #bib reference) is at fault. Removing it fixes the issue.
