Some latex symbols do not render properly #370

Description

Certain > symbols appear to be broken in the html (e.g. introduction paragraph 5, section 3.3 paragraph 2). Other instances of the same symbol in the same paper render properly. My normal browser is Firefox, but I also tried the same paper in Chrome and see the same issue in the same places.
