Half of paper missing from HTML version 2403.02419v1 #647

Description

The HTML version of this appears to truncate starting https://arxiv.org/pdf/2403.02419.pdf#page=7 omitting "Algorithm 2: Scaling Law Estimation" and beyond, while then continuing with a bunch of sections that do not appear in the PDF at all. Problems with comments/hiding?
