Only supplementary information displayed in HTML #829

Description

Arxiv guidelines (https://info.arxiv.org/help/submit_tex.html) recommend adding the supplementary material in a separate file, and the arxiv pipeline compiles the main text and the supplementary separately, and then merges them. It seems that the HTML pipeline translates only the supplementary file.

(See the paper titled: Shaping entangled photons through thick scattering media using an advanced wave beacon which is now being processed)

(Also - I reached here when previewing the HTML during the submission process, and the automatic fields have not been filled.)
