HTML using monospace font #921

Description

In the HTML version of this paper, the entire paper body (except figure captions) is rendering in a monospace font. This seems to have to do with an incompatibility with the package letltxmacro. I realize typically it is not necessary to report incompatible packages. However, in our case, the unfortunate thing is, only the appendix depends on letltxmacro, yet some related options (such as \LetLtxMacro\origttfamily) are "leaking" out of the appendix and applying themselves to the entire document.
