Siunitx with no unit displays "nothing" #970

Description

When using the \nothing command of siunitx, instead of whitespace, "nothing" is displayed alongside the number.

Custom command

\newcommand{\sinum}[1]{\SI[mode=text, retain-explicit-plus]{#1}{\nothing}}
