Functions for returning earth's Geometric/Geographic Radius #38

It is a function for returning Geometric Radius = fIceThicknessSP + fGeoidC and Geographic Radius = fIceThicknessSP + fGeoidA

It is needed to calculate the distance from the weather balloon.

I think it is based on this link Let me know if this isn't a radius
