Remove default pedestals to ensure users realize they are looking at data that is not properly pedestal subtracted due to using a pedestal unrelated to the current run. If no pedestal is set but the calibration calls for one, the behavior will be to throw an error. If the user wants to look at data without generating a pedestal for that station/run, they should explicitly set the calibration to one that does not require a pedestal or explicitly request the old default pedestals (which will be retained).
