Fix backup check being ignored #5

Previously, the backup check would print the error, but not actually exit or change anything, rendering it useless

Brother it was added "exit 1" to exit all process while checking backup

That was on "checking installation", not the backup...

works same in both condition. whatever now check the script how I modified
