No valid GUIDs likely means you library is not really matched in jellyfin, could you go one of your items in jellyfin and click edit metadata and see the External ID? if you dont see any external IDs that means the items are unmatched therefore there is no valid comparison we can carry out to determine the state vs other media sources.
Well, you are correct, excepts for those that say extra, the other titles matched successfully on import, their title card and description are correct, but External IDs are blank.
Are you by chance using NFO files? if you go to one of your unmatched series i.e. "without external ID" and click refresh metadata do you get the external ID ?
Not using NFO.
I've rematched the Shows with missing External IDs, and they now have correct TVMaze ID, but Jellyfin import is only processing a small fraction of the libraries.
docker-compose exec watchstate console state:import -vvrm -f -s jelly
...

I think that possibly because they are already proceed. try running the same command with debug mode
docker-compose exec watchstate console state:import -vvvr -f -s jelly
it should list the entire process.
also you can do console db:list --limit 100
to see your processed items.
Ok. Seems like Jellyfin sync is working. I see the watched state flag in the db list.
I'll try to rematch those items with missing IDs and see if I can reduce those missing.
Thx!
Indeed goodluck.
I had this same issue when using local NFOs due to a Jellyfin limitation, which has been fixed in the upcoming 10.8.0 release. https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin/pull/7654

@almightiest We had many changes since this bug, one of them is relative unique id support. if the show has proper external ids it should still sync fine.
No TV episodes were getting external ids set properly without this fix, so it was causing sync issues.

Indeed that was the case before we added relative unique id support.
Hi
I'm also getting No valid GUIDs when importing Jellyfin. My library doesn't seem to import either. Only a fraction of the library seems to be scanned.
