Where is expiry_acceptance_threshold set? Where is it enforced on new submissions?

It's not set yet as it was the mission of the reaper , but we can accept medicine with expiry date one month later from now !

I don't see this as the reaper's task. Acceptance into the system is the main system's task. This should not be allowed to even reach the listing instatement confirmation stage.

I have already added a variable in config.js, and used its value in the generation of the email for confirming a listing's instatement.
